About Us

Attorney Lucas Cowan

Attorney Lucas Cowan has been practicing law since 2016. He began his career as a prosecutor focusing on felony and misdemeanor cases for the State of Georgia. In 2019, Mr. Cowan entered private practice and began serving clients throughout the state of Georgia in criminal and civil matters. He has extensive litigation experience including felony trials, misdemeanor trials, and civil trials throughout Georgia’s Superior and State Courts. Mr. Cowan is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Walton County Bar Association. Mr. Cowan attends Athens Church with his wife and two sons. If he is not in a courtroom or meeting with clients, then he enjoys watching UGA sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Attorney Al Fargione

Al Fargione has been a dedicated trial attorney since 2011. He specializes in family law and has handed hundreds of divorces, child custody disputes, legitimations, child support cases, and custody modification cases. Al has an advanced tax law degree which offers him a unique perspective allowing him to skillfully navigate complex, multi-million-dollar estate divorces cases with a personal touch. He is fearless in the courtroom and has tried more than a hundred trials to verdict. Beyond family law, Al also represents clients facing serious felony charges like rape, aggravated assault, and narcotics trafficking, as well as misdemeanor offenses including family violence battery, DUI, and minor in possession. He also advocates for companies in civil litigation matters and individuals pursuing personal injury claims against insurers.
